Just A Personal Note

Hello Friends!

As I grow older, I increasingly recognize that change is an inescapable part of life. Over the past year - or perhaps it's been two - we've transitioned from our expansive warehouse in Tullamarine, VIC, to a more personal space in the Macedon Ranges. Alongside this shift, many of my employees have embarked on new ventures, as downsizing became necessary due to the persistent economic challenges we're all striving to navigate.

Currently, Third Gear operates as a one-person team, presenting its unique set of challenges, but rest assured, I'm fully committed to making it work! I'm optimistic that trading conditions will improve within the next couple of years, and I hope we can all weather this period well enough to emerge ready for growth.

Please bear with me if I don't reply to your emails right away. Remember, I ship orders exclusively on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. In the coming days, I'll be working on bringing back our online chat feature, which many of you have enjoyed for quick questions.

Thank you all for your incredible support over the past 15 years! Here's to hoping for another 15, but after 30 years, I plan to pass the business on to one of my kids.
